This is a FULL YEAR TURNKEY course with daily lesson plans for Digital & Social Media Marketing that we have created ourselves. This is a course designed to meet district and state curriculum standards. This is a course designed to serve as an introduction to the basic principles of digital & social media marketing, practices, and the application of these practices. The class will explore the basic concepts and also apply a simulation project where students will actually prepare a professional digital marketing plan proposal. Each student will develop leadership and problem-solving skills, understand the importance of making ethical decisions, develop public speaking and presentation skills, proper social and business etiquette, analyze possible solutions to specific business problems, develop business leadership skills, and develop an increased understanding of the business world. This course is conducted through lectures, engaging activities, group-paced instruction, hands-on practice, and discussion. Assignments range from a mix of daily assignments, notes, activities, tests, and projects graded on effort/attempt as well as projects graded on overall appearance and completion of given requirements.
They will develop their understanding of Digital & Social Media Marketing through readings, lectures, worksheets, group and individual projects, presentations, quizzes, and tests.

I recommend throwing in catch-up days or reward days throughout the semester.
How my classroom works:
In my classroom, we use Google Drive and Classroom to store and turn in assignments. When students work on their assignments and projects they have the option to choose with word processing software they want to use, which is between Microsoft Word or Google Docs. The same rule applies for presentations, they can PowerPoint or Google Slides. It is up to you, as the teacher, to decide how you will have your students should or can use and how you want students to receive and turn in their assignments, projects, etc.
