This unit plan covers the profit, economics, pricing, revenue & risk of marketing in the sports and entertainment industry for grades 7-12. The unit has students identify how sports and entertainment businesses achieve profitability. Students will gain an understanding of pricing strategies and various types of risks that impact business activities. During this unit, students will learn how to identify the types of financing related to sports and entertainment marketing.
